Cancellation Policy

1. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Stiloso reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
