Replacement & Exchange Policy:
At Stiloso, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to assist.
1. Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. An unboxing video and clear photographs of the product must be shared as proof.
3. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
4. Replacements are available only for:
I) Damaged products received upon delivery.
II) Incorrect products delivered.
III) Manufacturing defects.
5. Exchange or replacement requests will be reviewed and approved by the Stiloso team.
6. Due to hygiene and quality reasons, earrings and customized jewellery are not eligible for exchange unless received damaged or incorrect.
7. Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability.
